VEGANISM IN THE HEART IS FULLY AWAKENED STATE!
EXACT LIKE as we awaken each morning from sleep, once up and about, we can awaken further to astill higher awakened state, allowing us to be more focused, aware, and wisely,AND COMPASSION in charge.
In comparison to this higher awakened state, our usual awakened state is a semiconscious one in which we’re easily distracted or lost in meandering thought, barely aware of ourselves; in this usual awakened state, our awareness, will and self-control are at low ebb.
In our ‘higher’ awakened state, the opposite is true and many success-enabling abilities are MORE COMPASSIONED- calmness, confidence, caring, energy, creativity, flexibility, intuition, alertness, objectivity, etc. Thus, in tHE AWAKED state we function much better!
To help yourself to become more fully awakened, practice MINDFULNESS OR MEDITATION STATE BI MORE PRESENT.
Here are three techniques FROM BUDDHA TEACHINGS:
ACTION MINDFULNESS: be mindful of your bodily actions -- how you’re sitting, standing, walking, gesturing, etc.; as you do this you may feel more present and physically in control.
SENSORY MINDFULNESS: be mindful of all your sensory sensations -- sounds, smells, touch, temperature, and tastes, etc.; as you do this you may feel more vividly alive. SPEECH
MINDFULNESS: be mindful of how you speak -- tone of voice, facial expression, tempo, words you choose, etc.; as you do this you may find yourself communicating more successfully. All mindfulness practices help us to be more effectively and consciously alive.
Keep practicing these techniques and you’ll eventually find yourself at a bright new level of wakefulness -- at a Master Mind level able to live more successfully.
