Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of Heaven there is a place called Rainbow Bridge...
When a NON HUMANE ANIMAL DIES that has been especially close to someone here OR ANY OTHER ANIMALS THEY goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and WARM SPRING sunshine, and ALL NON HUMANE ANIMALS are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content,except for one small thing; if if they miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. The Rainbow Bridge is the theme of a work of POETIC PROSE written some time between 1980 and 1992, whose original creator is unknown.
RAINBOW BRIDGE is of a mythological place to which a goes upon its death, eventually to be reunited with its owner. It has gained wide popularity amongst animal lovers who have LOST A PET.
